Retail Partner Order Guidelines and Shipping/Delivery

Coffee Shop of Horrors prides itself on providing the freshest coffee possible. We keep a very low in-house stock of coffee to maintain freshness.

All Retail Partner orders are roasted and packaged when the order is made – a process that typically takes between 4-6 business days before shipping.

Coffee Shop of Horrors utilizes multiple shipping methods to Retail Partners:

  1. US Postal Service Priority Mail for orders under 20 lbs (2-3 business days)
  2. UPS Ground for orders over 20 lbs (1-6 business days)
  3. Local Delivery for Retail Partners in the Orlando, FL area (delivery available once order is ready – weekday afternoons and evenings)

All shipping/delivery option costs are calculated at checkout. In the case of Local Pickup or Delivery, Coffee Shop of Horrors will contact you to set up a Pickup/Delivery time.

We recommend that Retail Partners please submit their orders allowing enough time for roasting, packaging, and shipping.

Retail Pricing

We recommend our Retail Partners sell our products at or reasonably above the retail price shown on the product information page (Retail Price is shown in red with a strike through it). We want our partners to make money, too. However, if Coffee Shop of Horrors receives complaints from customers about ridiculously high in-store retail prices we may suspend your Retail Partner account pending further investigation.

Product Branding

Coffee Shop of Horrors reserves the right to change product branding at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, names, label artwork, etc.

Shipping Destinations

Coffee Shop of Horrors ships to Retail Partners in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Retail Partnerships are not available outside of the United States.

Shipping to PO Boxes

If your order weighs less than 20 pounds we should be able to send your order through the United States Postal Service to a P.O. Box. This shipping method does not include tracking.

Coffee Shop of Horrors is not responsible for delays or mis-shipments when a P.O. Box address is used.

Returns & Refunds

Coffee Shop of Horrors accepts the return of unopened items (with any seals intact) that were purchased and fulfilled through this web site only. Items must be received by Coffee Shop of Horrors within fourteen (14) days of original delivery.

Customers will be refunded the cost of the original purchase minus shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs required to return items to Coffee Shop of Horrors.

In cases where an order error was made by Coffee Shop of Horrors (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item) a full refund of the item cost plus shipping and handling costs to return these items will be covered by Coffee Shop of Horrors.

The following items are non-returnable and will not be issued a refund:

  • Items returned to Coffee Shop of Horrors after the fourteen (14) day return period
  • Items which have been opened, marked or damaged in any way making them unfit for resale
  • Items purchased through other online or local retailers (not Coffee Shop of Horrors)
  • Opened packages of Coffee and Tea are NOT returnable

How and When Refunds Are Processed

Refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of order placement are processed immediately.

Retail Partners whose returns meet the guidelines outlined in Returns & Refunds will receive a refund of the cost of returned items minus a 15% item restocking fee. The customer is also responsible for return shipping to Coffee Shop of Horrors.

Returns are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the item(s), and in the same form of payment used in the original purchase of those items. Please ensure that you submit your original order information along with a daytime phone number you can be reached at in case Coffee Shop of Horrors needs to contact you for further information.

Coffee Shop of Horrors uses PayPal for payment processing. According to PayPal’s refund policy, refunds to credit cards may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.

Packing & Sending Your Return

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps:

1. Pack the items along with the packing slip (the receipt included in the box with your items) securely in a box. You may use the box the items originally arrived in, or another box if you prefer. Please include a phone number where you may be reached in case we need to contact you regarding your refund.

2. Affix a shipping label to the outside of the box and send to:

3. Take it to a Post Office or other shipping center to pay postage or shipping and return the package. It is your responsibility to ship the product back to us, and pay the shipping and handling to do so

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for any item within 24 hours of placing the order provided the order has not entered the shipping process. If you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped it will need to be returned following the Returns & Refunds guidelines outlined above.

International Shipments

Coffee Shop of Horrors does not sell or ship to Retail Partners outside of United States of America.
