Zimbabwe AA 8oz bag - Zombia AA
Availability: Out Of Stock
Zimbabwe has only been growing coffee for a short time, having started cultivation in the 1960s, but in a short time they have learned to produce an excellent bean. Most of the coffee in Zimbabwe is grown at elevations of 1300 meters near the eastern border.
While Zimbabwe is tropical, the high elevation keeps the temperature of its growing region at an average of 15 degrees Celsius (59 degrees Fahrenheit). The temperature and elevation means that our Zombia AA is strictly hard bean coffee.
Zimbabwe AA is a sweet, highly acidic coffee that carries somewhat of an earthy-tone to its flavor. It is also noted for its winey flavor familiar to coffees from East Africa.
